Description
Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for a one-week contract in a brasserie or food-service setting. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production standards, HACCP compliance, refrigeration, stock organization, and counter cleanliness; and supports progression into cook, assistant chef, or chef roles. The schedule is flexible between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., with no Sunday or evening work. Pay is €12.30 gross per hour, with two days off per week including Sunday and opportunities for geographic mobility across France.
