Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its brasserie or foodservice operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, food safety, stock, and display standards; and supports a schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with no Sunday or evening work. The position offers training, advancement opportunities, two days off per week, and gross pay of €12.30 per hour, with potential geographic mobility across France.
