Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its pan-Asian restaurant brands, including Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, stock, hygiene, and HACCP standards; and supports the kitchen stand. The schedule is variable, with starts between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. and ends between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., including Sundays, and offers progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef. The position pays €12.30 gross per hour, with a gross monthly salary of €1,865.81 for a 35-hour workweek, and includes training, two days off per week, and other social benefits.
