Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports all areas of the kitchen by maintaining dish quality and output, following food-handling and plating specifications, keeping workstations clean, and collaborating with the team. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, basic food preparation knowledge, and the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment; prior full-service restaurant experience is an asset, and training is provided for applicants without experience.
