Description
The Cook will prepare, cook, and plate dishes; set up workstations; collaborate with chefs and the kitchen brigade; maintain food quality, freshness, storage, hygiene, and safety; participate in inventory management; and support special events and busy periods. The role requires a DEP in cooking or equivalent relevant experience, at least one year of professional kitchen experience, strong teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
