The Kitchen Assistant prepares and serves high-quality seasonal meals during scheduled Monday-to-Friday working hours, cleans equipment and surfaces, and maintains HACCP hygiene and quality standards. The role requires kitchen or chef training, knowledge of hygiene regulations, a neat appearance, customer-friendly and reliable teamwork, and good German language skills.
