The Bundeswehr is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its unit dining facility in Hammelburg, Germany, with an immediate start and a contracted schedule of 38.5 hours per week. The role involves preparing vegetables, salads, and potatoes; assisting with food preparation; operating kitchen equipment; cleaning; warehouse and storage work; and other tasks assigned by kitchen staff. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 06:00 to 18:30, Friday from 06:00 to 13:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 06:00 to 13:00, with weekend deployment as needed and no work on public holidays or bridging days.
