Description
The employer is hiring a Kitchen or Pastry Assistant to support a fine-dining restaurant brigade by preparing mise en place, assisting chefs and pastry chefs during service, checking product freshness, maintaining cold-chain storage, ensuring consistent plating, and following HACCP food-safety standards. The role requires hospitality or food-service training, an initial cooking or pastry background, fundamental culinary or pastry techniques, teamwork, precision, and responsiveness. It is a full-time contract with possible progression to permanent employment in Spa.
