Description
The Vilvadis agency is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant for a tourism and gastronomy estate in the Wanze region. The role supports the Head Chef and section chefs by preparing ingredients, making basic dish preparations, plating and garnishing, managing ingredient replenishment, maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards, and responding to service requests. Candidates should have hospitality or food-service training or kitchen experience, with pastry-making experience or qualification preferred. The assignment is temporary through the agency with a view to permanent full-time open-ended employment starting immediately.
