Description
Hana Group is hiring a kitchen assistant (commis) to prepare sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; master recipes; perform mise en place; follow HACCP food-safety rules; check best-before dates; clean and restock stations; and organize stock. The role offers flexible hours from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM start and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM end, with no Sunday or post-7:00 PM work, and includes two days off per week. The contract lasts two months, pays €12.31 gross per hour, and provides training through HANACADEMY with opportunities to progress into cook, assistant manager, or head chef roles.
