Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for a one-month contract to prepare sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintain production, refrigeration, stock, hygiene, and HACCP standards; and keep the stand clean and stocked. The role offers a 6 a.m.–11 a.m. start and 2 p.m.–7 p.m. end, two days off including Sunday, and progression opportunities to cook, assistant chef, or chef.
