Description
Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, or IZAKAYA restaurant operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, HACCP compliance, stock, and the restaurant stand; and supports progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef positions. The schedule is variable, with starts between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. and ends between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., including Sunday off. The position offers €12.30 gross per hour, two days off per week, training, and geographic mobility across France.
