Description
Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, or IZAKAYA restaurant operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, stock, hygiene, and HACCP standards; and cleans and restocks the stand. The schedule starts between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. and ends between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., with no Sunday or evening work. The position offers training, progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef, two days off per week including Sunday, and gross pay of €12.30 per hour.
