Hana Group is hiring a commis for its sushi and Asian food-service kiosks. The role involves preparing sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls and other products; mastering recipes; setting up refrigeration and ingredients; following HACCP and food-hygiene rules; checking use-by dates; cleaning and restocking; and organizing stock. The fixed-term contract runs from 31 August to 13 September, with a 35-hour weekly schedule starting between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and ending between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., including Sunday off. The stated remuneration is €12.30 gross per hour, or €1,865.81 gross per month on a 35-hour base, with training and advancement opportunities.
