Description
Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant (Commis) to support production in its brasserie or food-service environment. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains recipes, mise en place, refrigeration, HACCP compliance, stock organization, and counter cleanliness; and follows a schedule from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM start and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM end, with no Sunday or post-7:00 PM work. The position offers training, advancement opportunities, two rest days including Sunday, and €12.30 gross per hour.
