Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for a fixed-term 35-hour-per-week contract from 28 August to 20 September. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, food safety, supplies, and the stand; and supports the restaurant kitchen. The schedule starts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM and ends between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with no Sunday or evening work. The position offers training, progression opportunities, and a gross hourly rate of €12.30.
