Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA brands. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production standards, HACCP compliance, refrigeration, displays, cleaning, and stock organization. The schedule runs from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., with two days off per week including Sunday. The position offers training, progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef, and pays €12.12 gross per hour, or €1,837.88 gross per month based on 35 hours per week.
