Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA kiosks. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, HACCP compliance, stock, and the stand; and supports customers. The schedule is variable, with starts between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. and ends between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., including Sunday off. The position offers training, progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef, and pays €12.30 gross per hour.
