Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA foodservice operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; sets up refrigeration and ingredients; follows HACCP and food-hygiene rules; checks best-before dates; cleans and restocks the stand; and organizes stock. The position offers a permanent 35-hour contract with flexible weekday hours, no Sunday or evening work, training through HANACADEMY, and advancement opportunities. Pay is €12.30 gross per hour, or €1,865.81 gross per month on a 35-hour base.
