Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for a 35-hour fixed-term contract from 05/10 to 17/10, renewable, with variable hours between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, HACCP compliance, stock, and the kitchen stand; and supports progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef. The position offers €12.30 gross per hour, two days off including Sunday, training, and geographic mobility across France.
