Description
Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, or IZAKAYA restaurant operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production, refrigeration, stock, hygiene, HACCP, and display standards; and supports a schedule from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. with two days off per week, including Sunday. The position offers training, progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef, and pays €12.30 gross per hour, or €1,865.81 gross per month for a 35-hour workweek.
