Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, or IZAKAYA restaurant operations. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products; maintains production standards, HACCP compliance, refrigeration, displays, cleaning, and stock organization. The schedule runs from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., with no Sunday or evening work. The position offers training, progression to cook, assistant chef, or chef, two days off per week including Sunday, and gross pay of €12.30 per hour.
