Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and class operations at Sur La Table by assisting with class execution, preparing mise en place, organizing and sanitizing the kitchen, restocking supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety and store compliance. The role also engages customers, represents the brand, and contributes to sales and enrollment goals. It requires physical activity such as standing for up to four hours, moving around the store, and handling kitchen equipment, and includes a 401K after 90 days, an employee discount, and an Employee Assistance Program.
