Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and class operations at Sur La Table by assisting with class execution, preparing mise en place, organizing and sanitizing kitchen workstations, restocking supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety and store compliance. The role also engages customers, represents the brand, contributes to sales and enrollment goals, and may handle alcohol in accordance with applicable regulations. Physical duties include standing for up to four hours, moving around the store, and performing bending, reaching, and crouching tasks.
