Description
The Kitchen Associate prepares and cooks food according to company recipes and standards, maintains food quality and kitchen cleanliness, follows food-safety and sanitation guidelines, restocks supplies, operates kitchen equipment safely, and provides friendly service when needed. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions and safety guidelines, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25–40 pounds; previous food-service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
