The Kitchen Attendant supports kitchen operations at Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie by assisting with basic food preparation, dishwashing, equipment cleaning, waste removal, food receiving, storage, and rotation. The role requires a professional attitude, communication and time-management skills, teamwork, scheduling flexibility, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene; previous kitchen or hotel service experience is beneficial but not essential.
