The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality or within TOCA Social, possess a passion for food, and demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: supervisory experience within hospitality
at least 6 months of experience as a senior teammate at TOCA Social
Preferred Qualifications: Passion and love for food, drink to provide memorable experiences for our guests
A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic
The ability to thrive under pressure whilst maintaining a can-do and guest first attitude
A hands on individual who’s willing to support the team and venue leadership
Someone passionate about developing themselves and teammates to deliver outstanding experiences
Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends
A willingness to support teammates across the venue and in varying departments where necessary
A sense of pride in your work and the work of your teammates to exceed guest expectations
