Description

TOCA Social is seeking a Kitchen Captain to join their team. This dynamic role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and safety standards, managing inventory, and leading and developing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality or within TOCA Social, possess a passion for food, and demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: supervisory experience within hospitality
at least 6 months of experience as a senior teammate at TOCA Social
Preferred Qualifications: Passion and love for food, drink to provide memorable experiences for our guests
A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic
The ability to thrive under pressure whilst maintaining a can-do and guest first attitude
A hands on individual who’s willing to support the team and venue leadership
Someone passionate about developing themselves and teammates to deliver outstanding experiences
Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends
A willingness to support teammates across the venue and in varying departments where necessary
