Description
The Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for cleaning dishes, pots, glassware, equipment, refrigerators, freezers, walls, and floors while maintaining provincial health standards and kitchen cleanliness. The role also includes sweeping, garbage removal, completing cleaning checklists, assisting kitchen and service personnel during busy periods, recording breakages, minimizing waste, and maintaining a clean appearance. Previous dishwashing experience is an asset, and the position requires prioritization, organization, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for eight hours.
