Kitchen Cook at Testarossa Winery

The Testarossa Winery is hiring a part-time Kitchen Cook to prepare seasonal menu items for corporate, social, and club events at its offsite kitchen in San Jose. The role supports the executive and sous chefs, handles ingredient preparation, labeling, stocking, inventory, sanitation, and food safety, and may assist with events, wine-bar food, pastry, and porter. Candidates need at least one year of kitchen experience or equivalent culinary education, ServSafe or California Food Handlers certification, recipe-adjustment and knife skills, and strong teamwork and communication. The position requires flexible daytime availability, including Tuesday–Thursday, and may require driving between the San Jose kitchen and the Los Gatos winery.
