Description
Reform is hiring an on-site Kitchen Designer for its US-based showrooms to work directly with clients on bespoke kitchen design, planning, drawings, renderings, estimates, and proposals. The role requires strong design software proficiency, communication, detail orientation, and showroom/client-facing sales experience, with a preferred background in architecture or interior design and at least 5 years of kitchen design experience. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, health benefits, PTO, retirement contributions, and employee discounts.
