Reform is hiring an on-site Kitchen Designer to work from one of its US-based showrooms, collaborating with clients to create bespoke kitchen designs that reflect their needs and Scandinavian design principles. The role blends creative design, technical drafting and rendering, project estimating, and CRM recordkeeping, with a strong focus on customer experience and showroom/client-facing sales. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $80,000–$115,000, along with health benefits, PTO, a 401(k), professional development, and employee discounts.
