Union Square Cafe is hiring a Kitchen Extern to support its kitchen operations by receiving, labeling, and storing market deliveries; assisting line cooks with station preparation; learning to set up a station independently; and performing other assigned duties. The role requires kitchen experience through culinary education, the ability to stand or walk for long periods, and English fluency, with additional languages preferred.
