Description
The Kitchen Hand supports daily hotel kitchen operations under the direction of a senior chef, including washing dishes and equipment, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen, minimizing food waste, and performing manual duties such as lifting, standing, and cleaning. The role requires prior kitchen-hand or steward experience, food safety and OH&S knowledge, teamwork, flexibility across shifts, and willingness to participate in culinary training.
