Description
The Kitchen Helper supports overall kitchen operations and maintenance, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and dining areas, equipment, pots, dishes, floors, and tables, performs deep cleaning, stocks dining amenities and food supplies, assists with inventory, and maintains health and safety and quality standards. The role requires at least six months of kitchen or catering experience in food service, hospitality, or a remote lodge setting, English fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple demands and organize a work schedule; food safety or HACCP certification is an asset.
