Hermerschmidt is hiring a kitchen helper (m/f/d) for its restaurant “Kontor” on the island of Rügen. The role supports the kitchen team led by Executive Chef Dirk Schwedland, which serves Rügen-style cuisine and offers gourmet and gourmet-style menus. The position offers permanent, year-round employment, regular working hours, training opportunities, work clothing, and pay according to the collective agreement. Prior hospitality experience is desirable, but career changers are welcome; teamwork, independent working style, creativity, and willingness to continue training are also required.
