Kendal at Oberlin is hiring a full-time Inventory Control Specialist for its Culinary Services team. The role manages receiving, storing, issuing, labeling, and inventorying food, beverages, and disposables; maintains storage areas under federal and state regulations; verifies quantities against invoices and purchase orders; rotates stock; maintains purchasing and inventory records; and performs weekly physical inventories. The position requires at least one year of commercial kitchen experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and availability for day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
