The Test Kitchen Product Development Specialist will manage sample receiving, storage, photography, preparation, and documentation; lead cooking and presentation for product development and sensory teams; support first-production evaluations; maintain test-kitchen organization, equipment calibration, and inventory; and assist with continuous improvement and administrative support. The role requires a bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field, 1–2 years of consumer-packaged-goods experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
