Description
The Kitchen Manager Assistant supports the Kitchen Manager in maintaining quality, profitability, safety, sanitation, and customer service standards across Harmons’ full-service kitchen. Responsibilities include managing product assortment and inventory, ordering and production planning, pricing and signage, scheduling, training and mentoring associates, performance feedback, and communicating with store leadership. The role requires a Food Handler’s Permit, strong organization and communication skills, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays; a high school diploma or GED, some college education, and two years of kitchen experience are preferred. The stated pay is $21.45–$22.95 per hour.
