Description
The Kitchen Manager serves as a hands-on leader and key member of the store leadership team, working with the Store Manager to train and coach kitchen Team Members, manage prepared-food and dispensed-beverage operations, maintain food safety and 5S standards, oversee inventory, resolve guest concerns, and support daily kitchen performance. The role offers a starting pay range of $14.00 to $16.10, quarterly bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
