DAS 1090 is hiring a full-time kitchen staff member to work in an à la carte kitchen, catering, traditional home-style cooking, international cuisine, brunch buffets, and other food-preparation areas. The role includes kitchen management, leading kitchen staff, purchasing food supplies, food storage, dessert preparation, fish-dish preparation, familiarity with hygiene regulations, weekend shifts, and scheduling staff shifts. The position offers 40 hours per week within the restaurant's opening hours.
