Restaurant Elefant is hiring a full-time kitchen manager in Salzburg. The role supports kitchen-team management, menu and daily-special planning, purchasing and storage, cost efficiency, quality, and hygiene compliance. The position offers a 45-hour, five-day workweek, kitchen opening hours Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday until 4:00 p.m., vacation, on-site uniform washing, and a new kitchen with Rational equipment. Applicants should have completed apprenticeship training and relevant kitchen experience.
