JustFoodForDogs is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Kitchen Manager in Sherman Oaks, California, to report to the General Manager. The role leads guest service, team recruitment and development, opening and closing procedures, production planning, inventory, food safety, sanitation, and operational problem solving in a high-volume kitchen environment. Candidates need 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant or food production environment, a ServSafe National Food Manager’s Card, strong communication and emotional intelligence, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
