Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is hiring an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to oversee kitchen sanitation and operations, hire, train, and manage kitchen staff, manage food and beverage inventory, and control back-of-house budgets. The role requires at least two years of restaurant experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, COGS and labor management, and ServSafe certification or the ability to complete it.
