Description
The Kitchen Manager Killiwilly will lead daily kitchen operations at one of the employer’s four restaurants, including food preparation, plating, hygiene, menu development, staff leadership and scheduling, inventory, food quality, food costs, and customer feedback. The role requires cook training or a comparable qualification, several years of kitchen experience, and knowledge of cost management and purchasing. It offers 40 hours per week across early-, day-, and late shifts, with possible weekend and public holiday work, and pays from €3,000.
