Description
The Kitchen Department Sales Associate sells fresh kitchen items, provides customer service, packages products, fills and restocks shelves, maintains product quality and inventory, verifies pricing and signage, and keeps the department clean and sanitized. The role also prepares and serves salads and entrees, slices meats and cheeses, and may assist other kitchen areas. A Food Handler’s Permit is desired, along with food-handling ability, organization, communication, teamwork, accountability, integrity, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position pays $15.00–$18.85 per hour and involves standing, walking, bending, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
