Description
The Win~Dow is hiring Kitchen Shift Leads to help grow the business by creating positive guest experiences, building relationships with guests, team members, and vendors, and maintaining service standards in a scratch kitchen environment. The role requires 2–3 years of fast-casual experience, including at least one year in a Kitchen Supervisor or Shift Lead role, with scratch-kitchen experience preferred.
