Description
The Kitchen Staff prepares and cooks food according to recipes and menu specifications, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, assists with inventory, follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborates with chefs and other kitchen personnel to support timely service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous kitchen or food-service experience, and basic food-safety knowledge; experience with cooking techniques and cuisines, fast-paced multitasking, attention to detail, time management, and communication are preferred.
