Description
The Road Home is hiring an entry-level, full-time Kitchen Staff member at the Gail Miller Resource Center in Salt Lake City. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the employee will support meal service, food preparation and storage, volunteer coordination, kitchen and equipment sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards. The position is in person, pays $15.75 per hour, runs Thursday through Monday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and requires or permits obtaining a Utah Food Handler permit within 30 days. Candidates must be able to work with diverse or vulnerable populations, perform physical kitchen duties, pass a background check and drug screening, and are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
