Description
The Kitchen Steward maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas by cleaning equipment, utensils, cookware, workstations, floors, and storage rooms; operating dishwashing and cleaning equipment; handling waste, recycling, and linen; storing and rotating supplies; and supporting food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. The role requires working rights in Papua New Guinea and is suitable for someone who can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
